The SALT Conference, or the Summit for African Leadership Transformation, is an annual conference put on by Flood Church for college students that focuses on developing these future leaders of Malawi. Examples of previous SALT Conference themes we have focused on are corruption, identity, and freedom.

In 2017 the theme for SALT was “Yonse Bo” meaning “It’s all good”. There were 3 topics explored through main talks including Mental, Emotional and Physical Health. Pastor Sean Kampondeni closed the Lilongwe conference with this talk on Emotional Health.
