About Us
Flood Church exists to bring upcoming generations to Christ for transformation. We are a church rooted in Jesus, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and committed to living out our faith authentically in everyday life.
OUR VISION
To become a growing and diverse family and movement of people
from Malawi’s emergent generation who share a personal and
life-long passion for believing in Christ through dynamic worship,
belonging to Christ through relational community, and becoming like
Christ through loving service, thus launching a catalytic
church-planting movement that “floods” the world with the Gospel
of Jesus.

OUR TEAM
Statement of Faith
The statement of faith for Flood is “Jesus is Lord.” This creed is expressed in writing, in speech, and in conduct, and is affirmed by the testimony of:
God the Father
Who is eternal, infinite, and unchangeable in all His attributes of holiness, love, justice, mercy, grace, wisdom, power, and beauty. He begets Jesus from eternity, creates and sustains all things through Him, sent Him into the world to die for our sins, raised Him from the dead, and seated Him at His right hand with all authority over all things.
God the Son
Jesus Christ, who is fully human and fully divine. He gave His life as a substitutive sacrifice for our sins on the Cross, rose from the dead, and now freely gives His eternal life and righteousness to all who believe in Him and receive Him.
God the Holy Spirit
Who participates in creation, gives life to all, and empowers and guides the church to worship God, edify itself, and proclaim the good news of salvation by calling sinners to repentance and faith in Jesus.
The Holy Scriptures
Who is eternal, infinite, and unchangeable in all His attributes of holiness, love, justice, mercy, grace, wisdom, power, and beauty. He begets Jesus from eternity, creates and sustains all things through Him, sent Him into the world to die for our sins, raised Him from the dead, and seated Him at His right hand with all authority over all things.
The Holy Church
Which is the Body and Bride of Christ, the universal community of people from every generation, race, and language, who are truly saved and commissioned by Jesus to worship Him and proclaim His name, living in His joy, love, and peace as they fulfill His mission on earth.
